Job Summary
Client Advisor / Sales Professional responsible for greeting showroom visitors, guiding clients through a structured sales process, driving sales via outreach and referrals, managing orders from inception to completion, and collaborating with Production/Operations. Requires 2+ years in sales or customer service, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a valid driver’s license. Retail flooring/home-improvement experience, ability to lift up to 15 lbs, and a flexible schedule (including Saturdays/holidays) are beneficial. Offers base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses in an employee-owned company with benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience (flooring/home improvement a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- High school diploma or GED required; degree a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for long periods
- Flexible schedule, including Saturdays and some holidays
