Job Summary
Client-focused RBC ambassador role in a Smithers branch, delivering banking services and proactively engaging with clients to uncover needs, drive sales/referrals, onboard new clients, demonstrate digital banking, and provide meaningful, memorable experiences that foster client satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include engaging with clients in-branch and the community, educating clients on products and technology, responding to client-initiated contacts with a full range of financial transactions, actively listening to understand client needs, resolving banking issues, and cultivating relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Must-have Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
- Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
- Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
