Job Summary
Client Advisor at RBC Vancouver Main Branch who proactively engages with clients in-branch and in the community to uncover banking needs, deliver education and demonstrations of digital banking, drive sales and referrals, and resolve client banking problems. Focuses on client education, leveraging technology to deliver memorable experiences, and collaborating with RBC partners to maximize opportunities and loyalty. Responsibilities include responding to client-initiated inquiries, guiding clients through a full range of financial transactions, and maintaining relationships to support business growth. Requires strong client-centric communication, adaptability, and a track record in a target-driven sales environment. Location: Vancouver Main Branch, Vancouver, BC, Canada; Work hours: 37.5 per week; Employment Type: Full time.
Required Qualifications
- Must-have Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
- Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
- Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
