Job Summary
Client Advisor role at RBC involves proactively engaging with clients in-branch and in the community to uncover banking needs, educate on digital banking, onboard clients, and refer opportunities to partners. You will respond to client-initiated inquiries, handle a full range of financial transactions, build relationships for referrals, leverage technology to create memorable client experiences, and contribute to sales and client retention while working within a collaborative team. The position emphasizes client-first service, adaptability, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to financial services.
