Job Summary
Boutique Client Advisor role at Cartier within Richemont, based in Monterrey, focused on delivering exceptional luxury customer service and sales excellence. Responsibilities include achieving and exceeding sales targets, driving clienteling actions, converting visitors to clients, delivering an omnichannel experience (in-store, at-home services, engraving/embossing), maintaining brand standards and security procedures, and supporting boutique operations and client events. Required Qualifications
