Client Advisor

Host clients and stakeholders to deliver personalized experiences while acknowledging sales of watches, accessories, and services to exceed boutique turnover targets. Identify and create sales opportunities inside and outside the boutique environment to activate networks and recruit prospects. Establish strong personal relationships with diverse clients by maintaining focus on CRM, developing client databases, and managing clienteling activities daily. Handle customer service requests, uphold global visual merchandising standards, and organize operational tasks to elevate boutique KPIs. Act as a brand ambassador in and out of the boutique to ensure client satisfaction surpasses competition. Fluent in English with 3-5 years of sales or hospitality experience, this role requires strong selling skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to work independently.
