Job Summary
Proactively engage with clients in the branch to deliver an outstanding service experience by completing transactions, identifying advice opportunities, and introducing digital capabilities. Champion the RBC brand by supporting new client acquisition, deepening existing relationships, and resolving banking problems while adhering to compliance routines. Cultivate partnerships to work as one RBC team and drive solutions that retain business. This role requires self-motivation, digital literacy, and a passion for client-first service, with a 37.5-hour work week in Swan River.
