Job Summary
Proactively engage with clients in the branch and community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify sales or referral opportunities. Respond to client-initiated contact to assist with full-range financial transactions, while actively listening to understand individual needs. Demonstrate digital banking tools and on-board new clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems, and cultivate relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities. This role requires working all business hours and demonstrates a passion for client-first service in a target-driven environment.

- Mutual Funds accreditation (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
