Job Summary
Proactively engage with clients in the branch to deliver outstanding service experiences through transactions, advice, and digital enablement. Identify opportunities for partner introductions and personally fulfill client solutions while listening to spot additional needs. Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems by adhering to compliance routines and processes. Cultivate relationships with partners to work as one team and champion the RBC brand to support new acquisition and deepen existing relationships. Focus on education and demonstration to leverage technology for a memorable client experience.

- Willingness to obtain the Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course

- Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial, service or retail industry
