Job Summary
Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction using the Tiffany Touch to deliver memorable moments and elevate the in-store experience. Develop deep client relationships and style clients based on their wardrobe to drive lifetime loyalty and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets. Capture client data through POS systems and Microsoft Outlook while fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach business and convert clients through curiosity and discovery. Work flexible non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays to serve a diverse client base.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality)
- Proven track record in achieving Commercial results
- Ability to connect with the client
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work with a diverse client base
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based
Desired Qualifications
- A college/university degree
- Proficiency in multiple languages
