Client Advisor, Personal & Commercial Insurance

Serve as the primary point of contact for personal and commercial insurance clients, addressing ongoing needs and advising on insurance matters. Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend appropriate solutions, manage policy renewals, and facilitate claims reporting and advocacy. Generate new business by cross-selling products and enhancing client relationships while maintaining high retention rates. Collaborate with underwriters to resolve policy issues, prepare documentation, and stay updated on industry standards and underwriting rules. Respond to inquiries with timely, accurate information and provide guidance to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
