Job Summary
Welcome customers proactively and deliver luxury clienteling by incorporating the WE SELL SUN selling ceremony into every interaction. Guide clients through store layouts, manage wish lists, and exceed individual KPI targets for sales and email capture. Support store operations by processing deliveries, merchandising goods, executing POS processes, and maintaining visual standards. Safeguard company property, ensure cleanliness, and manage opening and closing procedures while collaborating to foster an energetic environment. This onsite role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- 2-3 years of experience in a retail setting
- Desire to work in a retail setting
- Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Professional, welcoming character and presentation
