Job Summary
Welcome customers proactively, guide them through the store layout, and deliver luxury clienteling using the WE SELL SUN selling ceremony. Achieve personal and store sales goals by exceeding KPI targets for ADS, UPT, and email capture while maintaining current wish lists. Support store operations by processing deliveries, merchandising goods, executing POS processes, and managing opening/closing duties. Safeguard company property and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalency
- 2-3 years of experience in a retail setting
- Desire to work in a retail setting
- Passion for luxury product with an appreciation for design
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Professional, welcoming character and presentation
- Ability to generate customer delight
- Client-oriented with an excellent sense of service quality
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which includes mornings/ evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
