Client Advisor at Kelaca responsible for developing new client partnerships and territories, driving sales of Kelaca’s service offerings, acting as a trusted advisor to align hiring strategy with business objectives, collaborating with Talent Advisors to manage active requisitions and client needs, growing existing accounts, managing a pipeline of leads, and engaging with clients on-site, in the field, or virtually. Requires proven success in sales or related roles, strong relationship-building and communication skills, a team-first mindset, grit, and a drive for growth.
