Job Summary
Prepare for customer interactions, build rapport, and match client needs to Seacoast Bank products while confidently explaining services and closing sales. Process accounts, perform maintenance, handle checks and cash transactions, and ensure branch adherence to AML/BSA requirements, security, and dual control protocols. Balance cash drawers daily, monitor work accuracy, and respond promptly to customer requests or complex financial matters by seeking appropriate internal partners. Actively pursue NMLS registration, demonstrate proficiency in outbound calling, and participate in community events or product presentations. Requires high school diploma, six months cash handling experience, and ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience
- College degree or 1+ years in retail sales and/or financial services experience
- Flexible schedule with ability to work during hours of operations, including weekends and occasional non-bank operational hours
- Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative
- PC Proficiency in Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Smartphone devices as well as Microsoft Office Suite software
- Actively pursue NMLS registration status
Desired Qualifications
- Develop proficiencies in all consumer deposit and lending products and processes
- Develop on an introductory understanding of small business deposit and lending products and processes
- Demonstrate proficiency in outbound calling process
- Develop skills to identify referral opportunities with internal business partners
