Job Summary
Proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and the community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify sales or referral opportunities. Focus on client education and demonstration, leveraging technology to deliver a memorable experience while responding to client-initiated contact for a full range of financial transactions. Actively listen to understand individual needs and take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems. Cultivate relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals. This role requires flexibility to work all business hours and digital literacy across smartphones, tablets, and laptops. As an RBC ambassador, you contribute to creating meaningful client experiences to drive satisfaction and loyalty within our global financial institution.

- Mutual Funds accreditation (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
