Job Summary
Client Advisor Intern at RBC in Nelson, BC. Focus on proactively engaging clients in-branch and in the community to identify banking needs, educate clients on digital banking, onboard new clients, and refer opportunities to specialists. Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through client education, demonstrations of technology, handling a full range of financial transactions, and building relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals. Requires strong client-first mindset, problem-solving and relationship skills, adaptability, and digital literacy; nice-to-have credentials include Mutual Funds accreditation or Canadian Securities Course. 35 hours/week part-time at a Canadian bank with opportunities for flexible arrangements in discussion with the Hiring Manager.
