Job Summary
Client Advisor Intern responsible for proactively engaging clients in-branch and in the community to identify banking needs, provide solutions, onboard clients, demonstrate digital banking tools, and pursue sales and referral opportunities. Focus on client education and delivering a memorable, differentiated client experience to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Key duties include responding to client-initiated inquiries, facilitating a full range of financial transactions, building relationships with partners to maximize opportunities, and leveraging technology to deliver personalized service. Required skills include strong client-centric approach, problem-solving, adaptability, digital literacy across devices, and effective communication; nice-to-have mutual funds accreditation.
