Job Summary
Proactively engage clients across the branch and community to uncover banking needs, provide advice, and identify sales opportunities. Demonstrate digital banking tools and on-board new clients while responding to client-initiated contact for full transaction assistance. Listen actively to understand individual needs and take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems. Cultivate relationships with partners to maximize referrals and drive client retention. Work full-time business hours in a target-driven sales environment.

- Mutual Funds accreditation (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
