Job Summary
Conduct client interactions embodying the Tiffany brand using the Tiffany Touch to deliver memorable experiences and drive lifetime loyalty. Develop relationships with new and existing clients to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets while capturing client data. Elevate in-store service by connecting with clients' wardrobes to style them, leveraging Net Promoter Score feedback to optimize hospitality and amenities. Convert clients through curiosity and discovery daily, delivering a significant portion of sales through repeat business. Work flexible non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays to support diverse client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality)
- Proven track record in achieving Commercial results
- Ability to connect with the client
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work with a diverse client base
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based
