Job Summary
Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction by cultivating deep relationships, exceeding commercial targets, and driving sales through repeat business. Deliver memorable in-store experiences using the Tiffany Touch to elevate hospitality, style clients based on their wardrobe, and convert curiosity into discovery. Capture client data, optimize store amenities using NPS feedback, and foster an entrepreneurial spirit to grow outreach. Work non-traditional hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays to serve a diverse client base while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual store targets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality)
- Proven track record in achieving Commercial results
- Ability to connect with the client
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work with a diverse client base
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based
Desired Qualifications
- A college/university degree
- Proficiency in multiple languages
