Job Summary
Client Advisor provides excellent and specialized customer service on the selling floor, developing and nurturing loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives. Drives sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience, demonstrates brand knowledge, promotes cross-selling, captures customer data in the CRM, and collaborates with team to deliver an elevated, luxury in-store experience in Tysons Galleria. Requires strong communication, storytelling, teamwork, and the ability to manage inventory and KPI-driven goals while delivering a memorable client experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficient English language skills; knowledge of a second language preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
