Job Summary
Tiffany Client Advisor responsible for delivering the Tiffany Experience by embodying the brand in client interactions, building client relationships, and driving sales. Develop client relationships to exceed commercial targets, foster a clienteling culture, and deliver elevated in-store experiences through personalized service, hospitality, and brand ambassadorshi p. Utilize POS and client tracking systems, connect with clients to drive repeat business and lifetime loyalty, and adapt to non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) to meet performance goals. Command of product pillars and brand values to create memorable client experiences and contribute to overall store performance. US-based position located in Fort Worth, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience (e.g., hospitality)
- Proven track record in achieving Commercial results
- Ability to connect with the client
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work with a diverse client base
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email
- Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
