Job Summary
Part-time Client Advisor for Scanlan Theodore at the David Jones Chadstone Boutique. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional client experiences, meeting productivity targets, building and maintaining a wealthy client database, leveraging CRM tools, acquiring deep product knowledge and styling expertise, and supporting management to create a collaborative, sales-focused environment. Ideal candidate has prior retail experience, can work in a team to achieve store KPIs, and demonstrates strong client relationship skills; available for a 20-30 hour weekly roster with one weekend day.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar retail role
- Ability to work within a team to achieve store targets and KPIs
- Brand ambassador with ability to build rapport and develop client relationships
- Consistent part-time availability (20-30 hours/week, including one weekend day)
- Passion for luxury fashion and client experience
