Job Summary
Achieve annual revenue objectives by building qualified pipelines, converting leads, and consistently meeting quotas through data-driven insights and AI-powered tools. Develop strategic growth plans that partner with service teams to deliver tailored solutions across multiple insurance lines. Serve as a trusted advisor by blending human connection with CRM technology to personalize outreach, track interactions, and identify upsell opportunities. Follow structured sales cadences to ensure disciplined deal management throughout the create–convert–close–retain cycle while collaborating on revenue forecasts and pipeline reviews. Stay ahead of market trends using analytics platforms to track competitor activity and refine positioning. Requires 3+ years in client-facing roles with an active Property and Casualty license in California.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in a client facing, client advising, or business development role
- experience in the insurance industry
- Active Property and Casualty license in California

- Experience with market expansion, leveraging technology to enter new markets, or enhance sales efforts in existing markets
