Job Summary
Manage and execute omni-channel services while welcoming customers to the King Street store. Guide clients through the full customer cycle, tending to all details to deliver a best-in-class experience. Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets by identifying needs, cross-selling products, and closing deals. Uphold administrative procedures and skillfully manage inventory. Provide excellent service and resolve customer concerns professionally. This bilingual Mandarin role requires minimum one year of luxury retail experience and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in Luxury retail
