Job Summary
Provide auto and commercial fleet insurance policies to clients, recommending coverages, premiums, and payment methods. Process transactions in EPIC, ICBC, and insurer web portals while explaining policy features, limitations, and risk coverages. Respond to emergencies and assist clients with claims. Work full-time in Kelowna with a client-focused mindset, ability to work weekends, and adherence to the Insurance Council of BC Code of Conduct. A Level 1 BC General Insurance Licence is preferred.
