Job Summary
Manage and execute omni-channel services while welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle to deliver a best-in-class experience. Achieve sales, conversion, and clienteling targets by identifying customer needs, cross-selling products, and closing sales. Uphold administrative procedures and skillfully manage inventory while resolving customer concerns professionally. Fluent in English is a prerequisite for this position at Acne Studios' Pavilion Kuala Lumpur store.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry
- Proven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer service
- Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling
- Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position
