Job Summary
Provide exceptional sales and customer service for a luxury fashion brand (MCM). Build relationships with clients through creative selling, manage client-book and mailings, and complete sales with post-sale follow-up. Exceed monthly sales goals with weekly plans and selling strategies. Assist in maintaining the visual and general upkeep of the selling floor. Handle customer repairs and advise on best fit of pieces; create new custom design pieces when appropriate. Maintain inventories in stockroom and on the selling floor. Requires minimum two years of luxury retail experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, energetic and sales-driven attitude, and proficiency with POS, Word, Excel, and email. Passion for fashion and a results-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years’ experience in luxury retail environment is required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and Customer priorities
- Ability to thrive within a high paced environment and to multi-task with ease
- Positive, outgoing, high-energy personality that is entrepreneurial and sales focused
- Computer skills to include operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel and email
- Must possess a strong desire for fashion and be results driven
