Job Summary
Client Advisor responsibilities include welcoming clients, providing personalized service, scheduling private sessions for Very Important Clients (VICs), and following up on services including shipping and alterations. Demonstrates strong product knowledge and awareness of current trends to support clients and the sales team. Manages sales processes via POS, records sales activity for follow-up, and conducts client outreach using Alpha CRM App to grow a high-value client book. Builds long-term client relationships through proactive, remote and in-person engagement with online VIC clients, while ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations. Language preferences include Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin to better engage a diverse client base. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in retail, luxury sales, or a department store client service role preferred
- Proven ability to meet and exceed individual sales goals while delivering exceptional client service
- Experience with clienteling and maintaining client relationships preferred
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with a team-oriented and collaborative approach
- Reliable and punctual, able to adhere to daily schedules with flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Skilled in addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
