Job Summary

Execute daily tracking across eligibility, claims, rejections, and remittance transactions while monitoring operational performance and identifying anomalies. Translate client needs into structured workflows, ensuring data integrity and revenue cycle accuracy aligned with the A4 model. Support Client Support Specialists with issue resolution, perform deeper analysis on complex problems, and coordinate escalations with Client Managers. Generate client reports, dashboards, and KPIs to analyze denial rates and rejection trends, providing actionable insights for performance reviews. Participate in client calls to deliver operational updates and track follow-up actions from meetings. Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization to reduce repeat issues. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration and 3–5 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle and provider operations
  • 1 year of experience with reporting tools, Excel, and/or BI platforms
  • 1 year of working knowledge of ANSI X12 EDI transactions (270/271, 837, 277, 835)
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, system configurations, and data workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information, identify issues, and develop effective, practical solutions
  • High level of precision and care in reviewing data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and communicate confidently with clients
  • Proven ability to organize work, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows and competing priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness
  • Ability to interact cordially and productively with co-workers in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize
  • Ability to proficiently read and write in English
  • Effective communications skills with ability to handle difficult situations
  • Ability to make independent judgment decisions with minimal supervision
  • Ability to see clearly with or without corrective lenses and hear clearly with or without aids
  • Ability to use hands, fingers and wrists, repetitively, using a computer keyboard and other office equipment, regularly
