Job Summary
Assists with critical client functions including evaluating risks, reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials, developing solutions, and articulating impact of options; leverages analytics and makes recommendations to clients across product lines. Supports more senior Account Managers with retention and new business by managing contract reviews and midterm changes; begins to maintain relationships with less complex clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best-in-class service. Serves as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answers standard client questions to improve the client experience. Keeps abreast of changing market conditions and ensures compliance with professional and transparency standards. Manages and records activities in the workflow system to ensure timely follow up with clients, carriers, client team and delivery of final policy.
