Job Summary
The Client Accounts Operations Lead manages the firm’s top-tier billing portfolios, supporting high-volume and complex billing for institutional clients. This role requires analysis and prioritization of responsibilities to contribute maximally to the billing organization. It involves process analysis for customized training, providing support in the absence of regional managers, and serving as a subject-matter expert in legal billing. Responsibilities include reviewing data for accuracy, resolving billing rejections, maintaining client billing requirements, and developing training programs. Required Qualifications
- 5 years of senior-level legal billing experience managing high volume billing portfolio in a fast-paced customer environment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge in Aderant Legal Billing accounting system
- Proficient in e-billing applications such as e-Hub or Bill Blast
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to recognize opportunities for efficiency improvements and coaching other billing employees on industry and process level optimization
- Strong computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including in use of Lookup and PivotTable functions
