Job Summary
Lead an accounting team by fostering communication, overseeing workflows, and managing workloads to ensure high quality and client satisfaction. Demonstrate expertise in primary accounting and VAT frameworks while assisting team members and reviewing their work. Lead key accounting projects, assist in client onboarding, and monitor performance through target setting. Collaborate with departments like audit and payroll to identify cross-selling opportunities and propose system improvements. Support the Senior Client Accounting Manager with additional tasks as required. ACCA qualified with 2 years of CSP experience, fluent in English and Maltese, based in Naxar with flexible hours from 07:30 to 09:30.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a CSP environment following achievements of qualifications
- ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Excellent command of accounting standards, Maltese VAT and tax legislation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese languages
- Flexibility in starting time, from 07:30 till 09:30
- 40 hours per week
- 30 minutes break
- Option to work from home 2 days a week
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of a third language is considered a plus
