Job Summary
Client Account Specialist - Commercial Lines role focuses on day-to-day account management for small to mid-sized clients, supporting onboarding, policy changes, claims, and renewal activities. Responsibilities include maintaining B2B client relationships, data entry and filing, submitting quotes, reviewing coverage, remarketing accounts, processing billing inquiries, generating reports, and training new staff as needed. Requires strong customer service, organization, confidentiality, and knowledge of insurance products; onsite at the Bismarck, ND branch with standard full-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year office administrative experience
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty Licensing within 60 days of hire (Assistance provided)
- Preferred Associate's degree or higher
