Job Summary
As a Client Account Services Project and Risk Specialist at DTCC, you will independently manage client migration projects through their lifecycle while ensuring operational readiness. Key responsibilities include maintaining operating procedures, conducting project analysis, leading data analyses, and enhancing existing processes. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a global team
Desired Qualifications
- Strong technical skillset including mastery of DTCC's CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Solid understanding of JIRA
- Strong PowerPoint skills for leadership presentations
- Ability to create metrics for team needs and leadership presentations
