Job Summary
Client Account Manager/Executive at Elavon (a U.S. Bank subsidiary) is the strategic face of the company to the client, responsible for the overall management of a book of small to medium business accounts, including maintenance, growth, profitability, client satisfaction, and contract renewals. The role involves consulting with clients through data analysis, presenting performance results, and recommending actions to improve performance. It also serves as the escalation point for internal and external client issues. Requires an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience and two or more years of client management experience in the financial industry. Strong contract negotiation, account management, and project management skills, plus the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, identify and resolve exceptions, and communicate effectively (verbal and written). Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data interpretation skills are important; some knowledge of Elavon products and systems is helpful.
Required Qualifications
