Client Account Manager Sr.

Senior Client Account Manager in Columbia or Bowling Green, KY, responsible for managing and servicing a book of business including policy processing, renewals, client relationships, coverage analysis, compliance documentation, and identifying opportunities to enhance coverage and support account growth. Duties include processing policies/endorsements, invoicing, issuing certificates of insurance, claims reporting, renewal management, price negotiations, reviewing policy forms, providing coverage comparisons and loss analysis, and maintaining client disclosures and compliance documents. Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors and carriers to improve retention, identify gaps in coverage, and advise on options. Requires strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher; 5+ years in insurance; license preferred; college degree preferred; emphasis on account management, renewals, and risk analysis.
