Job Summary

Client Account Manager responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a frictionless client experience, driving renewals and cross-sell opportunities, and developing account plans and solutions tailored to client goals. Requires Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 2+ years in client management, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and experience with SaaS/tech products (including ChMS, Giving, Mobile) and related systems (Salesforce, Workday, Zendesk). The role emphasizes proactive issue identification, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high client satisfaction and value.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in client management or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skills
  • Experience in SaaS or technology industry, preferred
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate company product solutions (ChMS, Giving, Mobile, etc.)
  • Ability to learn and use internal business systems (Salesforce, Workday, ZenDesk, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • Ability to navigate difficult conversations toward positive outcomes
