Client Account Manager

Client Account Manager role focused on payroll and benefits administration support for clients. Responsible for processing client payrolls (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly) accurately and timely, maintaining client files, reviewing and verifying new employee packets, handling off-cycle payrolls, and responding to client inquiries via phone and email. Coordinates enrollment and open enrollment for benefits programs (medical, life, dental, disability, 401k), reconciles invoices, and ensures COBRA compliance. Maintains electronic client files, performs data entry into ADP payroll systems (including General Ledger and PTO), and collaborates with Benefits Department on open enrollments, renewals, changes, and terminations. Prepares payroll and benefits reports, stays updated on payroll compliance, and supports special client projects. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, with emphasis on confidentiality and integrity. The role requires experience with payroll systems, HIPAA compliance, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The position is remote with an office location in Manfield, MA, and involves coordinating with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.
