Job Summary
Senior Client Account Manager for the Singapore Enterprise team who will closely collaborate with Client Partners on campaign execution and optimizations to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on Reddit. Based out of Singapore. Responsibilities include collaborating with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals, proactively managing and deepening relationships with advertising partners (agencies and large clients), leading and executing campaign launches from start to finish, identifying incremental revenue opportunities, overseeing internal account operations, educating brands and media agencies on value propositions, advising on awareness and direct response objectives, partnering with Client Partners to craft thoughtful media plans, working with Ad Ops to ensure effective campaign delivery, representing client needs to cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to product roadmap through client feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and mentoring teammates. Required qualifications include 8+ years in advertising sales/account management, strong understanding of marketing funnel and digital measurement, entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, strong relationships with external partners, excellent communication, ability to work in fast-paced environments, high attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and a BA/BS or equivalent experience. Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management
- Strong understanding of customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem
- Understanding of Digital measurement, tracking fundamentals and mobile measurement partners
- Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
- Experience cultivating strong relationships with external partners
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment
- High attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and growth mindset
- Proficiency in Excel preferred
- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
