Job Summary
Client Account Manager at E.ON IDNO, based in Derby, responsible for serving as the main client contact for project delivery and asset adoption journeys. You will coordinate across internal design, legal, commercial and operational teams, manage MPAN processing and connection agreements, support Asset Value payment processes, and maintain professional, timely updates through the project lifecycle to ensure high-quality connections at pace and scale while delivering excellent customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Experience in project delivery within infrastructure sector
- Experience of managing external client accounts and maintaining good working relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
