Job Summary
Client Account Lead for Strategy & Transformation focused on driving data-driven value for Celonis' top customers in logistics/transportation. Lead cross-functional teams to realize value, engage C-level executives, shape program roadmaps and value plans, foster adoption of the Celonis platform, and champion transformational initiatives across accounts. Act as voice of the customer, organize advisory boards and thought leadership presence, contribute to playbooks and assets for the value engineering team, and collaborate with product and services to ensure customer success and measurable business impact. Must have senior-level experience, strong executive-facing communication, and native German proficiency. Hybrid work consideration with Munich, Germany and New York, USA offices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience
- Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs, process re-engineering engagements, and implementations
- Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus
- Deep exposure to and experience with successful change management practices
- Ability to navigate large global organizations and influence through data and confidence
- Experience designing, pitching and selling opportunities with internal subject matter experts and practice leads
- Consultative approach when engaging with senior executives
- Strong teamwork and entrepreneurial leadership style
- Project management: ability to organize and manage multiple streams
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate Celonis use cases into customer business landscape
- Self-motivated, proactive team player
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, ambiguous environments with various stakeholders
- Native-level or near-native German language skills (written and spoken)
