Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in federal government contracting, with a significant focus on large-scale delivery, business development, and strategic growth
  • A minimum of 5 years of executive-level leadership experience (e.g., VP, SVP, General Manager, or Executive Director) with direct accountability for financial growth targets
  • Demonstrable, verifiable history of winning significant, multi-million dollar contracts
  • Deep, current, and credible relationships with senior leadership across the federal government
  • Experience building and/or managing a team/organization
  • Currently has a government clearance or must be willing to obtain a government clearance
