Job Summary
Client Account Executive responsible for engaging with clients, delivering service pitches, managing registrations and account allocation, and driving currency trades to meet targets from the La Zenia office. Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries, guiding clients through registration and CRM-record updates, identifying trading opportunities, executing client currency trades, and providing ongoing account support and administrative workflow in a fast-paced, multilingual (English and Polish) environment. Must effectively manage customer relationships, communicate with accuracy on financial figures, and collaborate within a team to achieve sales KPIs in the Costa Blanca region.
Required Qualifications
- Sales & Customer Experience: Proven track record in a sales or customer service environment, with a demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding targets and managing ongoing customer relationships.
- Language Mastery: Fluency in both English and Polish is essential.
- Numerical Literacy: Confidence working with numbers, exchange rates, and financial figures under fast-paced market conditions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to operate with high autonomy while seamlessly embracing a supportive team culture.
- Organisational Skills: A strong work ethic paired with the organizational skills required to manage a high volume of diverse client requests and administration simultaneously.
