Job Summary

Responsible for providing best-in-class strategic account management across a Mid-Market portfolio while growing year-over-year revenue. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, demonstrate the value of Dialpad’s product suite through strategic planning and expansion, create territory account plans, cultivate relationships to uncover alignment with customer goals, generate pipeline, and drive revenue. Requires meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue goals, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Partners, and leveraging solution selling methods (SPICED/MEDDICC). Travel to customer locations or events as needed. 3-5+ years in closing sales; SaaS sales background; experience with CRM (Salesforce) and GSuite; ability to forecast; confident communicator and presenter; Denver, CO-based hybrid work arrangement.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a closing sales role
  • Mid-Market experience preferred
  • SaaS sales background
  • experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and GSuite tools
  • experience with solution selling techniques such as SPICED and/or MEDDICC
  • ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • willingness to travel to customer locations or events as needed
