Job Summary
Client Account Executive for Mid-Market at Dialpad is responsible for strategic account management across a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers while driving year-over-year revenue growth. You will develop and execute territory account plans, cultivate customer relationships to uncover expansion opportunities, generate pipeline, and shepherd deals through the sales process. The role requires aligning Dialpad’s product suite with customer goals, acting as a trusted advisor, forecasting accurately, and traveling to customer locations or events as needed. Experience in SaaS sales, SPICED/MEDDICC methodologies, CRM tools (Salesforce), and strong communication/influence skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in a closing sales role
- Mid-Market experience preferred
- Proven success in meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Experience with solution selling techniques such as SPICED and/or MEDDICC
- Experience providing timely and accurate forecasts to sales leadership
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) and GSuite tools
- Willingness to travel to customer locations or events as needed
- SaaS sales background required, with UCaaS/CCaaS bonus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influence with stakeholders
