Job Summary
As a Client Access Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking behavioral health services, responsible for ensuring efficient access to care. Your role involves welcoming clients, actively listening to their needs, resolving barriers to care, processing referrals, managing communications, and handling administrative tasks such as scheduling and billing. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and have a commitment to helping others, with a requirement of a High School Diploma, relevant experience, and knowledge of insurance processes.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience working in a physician’s office or similar healthcare setting
- Solid understanding of Medicare/Medicaid and third-party insurance payers
- A valid New York State Driver’s License
