Job Summary
Conduct thorough KYC due diligence research using checklists and databases to assess client risks, including identity verification, anti-money laundering, sanctions, and PEP status. Draft local and international conflict checks and identify clients subject to auditor independence restrictions for engagement team finalization. Maintain proactive communication with engagement teams and partners throughout the client onboarding lifecycle to ensure timely completion. Respond to queries regarding client onboarding processes and assist with ad hoc tasks as requested by the Central Client Acceptance team.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
- Proficiency in using compliance software and other relevant tools
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to critically evaluate multiple sources of information
- Demonstrated research skills and familiarity with online research tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, partners and management
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive customer service-oriented attitude
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Professionalism and the ability to influence in a positive manner
