Serve customers at the register from 9:30 to 16:00 or 15:00 to 20:00, handling payments and addressing product inquiries with an open and friendly demeanor. Maintain the checkout area by organizing the register and preparing/clearing the station between shifts. Complete a thorough onboarding program to master customer service skills and utilize product courses to stay updated on new technology.
